Agile Learning Toolbox
Agile learning refers to agile values, principles and methods from project management that have been applied to learning processes.
Principles such as self-responsibility and self-organisation play an important role in this context. In constructivism, learning is
described as individual, active, constructed, situational, andsocial (Stangl, 2014).
Agile methods focus on people, teamwork, and personal interaction and they rely on effective communication and
quick feedback. The methods curated here have a special focus on these characteristics. These are precisely the essential
attributes in teams where young people are learning and doing their training.
This hybrid toolbox consists of a physical card set as well as a digital version that can be accessed online.
